Talking Menopause Toolkit
The Talking Menopause Toolkit was created as part of a Brigstow Institute funded project with OnFife and Tricky Hat Productions. It is intended for anybody who is interested in starting or continuing conversations around menopause, and contains a range of ideas for subject matters that could start a conversation about aspects of menopause.

General Mental Health Support
- Mind is a UK based charity offering information and support about mental health. They operate community hubs which provide local support, operate an InfoLine: 0300 123 3393.
- Campaign against living miserably (CALM) is an organisation which provides a helpline and webchat for people struggling with their mental health.
- To talk to the Samaritans you can call 116 123. This is available 24/7/365.
- NHS Urgent Mental Health provides contact details for those who may need crisis support. In a crisis another option is visiting your local A&E
- If you are struggling with your mental health and would like to find a counsellor, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) maintain a directory of accredited counsellors.
